Here is a description of the Home buying process, what to expect and most importantly what is required of you at each stage of the process from initiation to closing.

10 Steps

Step 1

Website

Start off on the right foot and visit http://www.asoplc.com/diaspora/ to learn more about the Home@Home Purchase program

Step 2

Project Listings

Customer selects Projects/Property Listings based on location or pricing

Step 3

Register

Step 4

Inquires

Make all inquiries on your Project/Property of interest via dedicated Home@Home Customer Care Center

Step 5

Offer Letter

Request for an offer letter once you have identified your preferred property to purchase

Step 6

Legal Representative (Optional)

Select legal (from registered vendors with ASO) to assist with the facilitation of and the home purchase process

Step 7

Acceptance Of Offer

Review, sign and submit all documents required to conclude on the acceptance of offer. ASO will issue a Provisional Allocation offer once 50% of the total sales prices has been received and an Allocation letter upon receipt of 100% of all payments

Step 8

Payments

Begin making payments to the Project Account using the Correspondence Banking details

Step 9

Updates

Receive monthly updates on the progress of your property

Step 10

Welcome Home

Upon Completion of the Project, ASO sends notifications to handover of keys to all subscribers who have made 100% payments
