Mr. Adedigba is a high-level financial service executive with over 20 years track record and experience spanning audit & professional accounting practice; business assurance; financial control & strategy; human capital management and organizational capability. He holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Lagos Business School.

As the Executive Director Finance, Kunle lead the Structured Finance and Treasury teams within ASO. Before joining ASO, he was Chief Financial Officer of Skye Bank Plc and was directly responsible for the management and growth of the bank’s balance sheet. He also had oversight responsibilities for other departments such as Human Capital Management; Financial Control; Corporate Planning & Strategy; Performance Management; Investor Relations and Project Management. Prior to this, he was at various times Deputy General Manager and Head of Skye Bank’s Organizational Capability Group; Head of Human Capital Management and Special Adviser to the MD/CEO.

At Prudent Bank, he played a key role in the 2005 merger, acquisition and subsequent integration of Bond Bank, Cooperative Bank and EIB International Bank. Between 2000 and 2004, he was Financial Controller, Group Head South West Business and Group Head Human Capital Management & Financial Control of Prudent Bank. He had also served in various capacities with Standard Trust Bank (UBA) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Nigeria.

Kunle is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and also an alumnus of the London Business School. He has attended several courses locally and abroad and his other interests include athletic sports, football and walking.
