Our Achievements

Since inception, ASO has played a significant role in the provision of housing solutions to Nigerians and has emerged as a mortgage powerhouse. Our achievements over the period include:

• Over N30 billion mortgage originations for over 12,000 homeowners.

• Successfully championed and originated mortgages for over 88% of the residential mortgages securities during the 2007 N25 billion Sale of Federal Government Houses bond in Abuja.

• Delivered social mortgages to numerous beneficiaries under the National Housing Fund Scheme.

• Built a deep and unsurpassed working knowledge of the FCT and now operates from thirteen (13) branches in Lagos, Rivers, Ondo, Kano, Kaduna and Edo states of the Federation.

• Directly developed five housing estates around Abuja.
